This may seem a silly question, but I have installed JA Methys (and JA Norite) for J2.5 on a new installation, but the core folder is not there and the themes are all under the template folder. (I found a different structure for the new JA Ores.) I created a local folder where I included my theme but it is not seen by the template admin page (themes).
I should also note that I installed the JAT3 plugin for J2.5. I was (obviously incorrectly) under the impression that templates that are based on JAT3 2.0 already have the core folder set up. How to do I go about getting a properly populated core folder – the wiki seems to indicate that it should have been supplied by the template developer, but it looks as though I will have to convert the template folder structure myself?

UPDATE: I think I solved the problem on looking at the Wiki again. The file structure changed after JAT3 v1.6 and that the theme that used to go into local now go into the themes folder. Hope that is correct!

Yes, that is correct. A lof of changes were made from the early folder layout and the plugin as a whole. It seem you are on the right track now.
