i can not find the ja tabs module in the package with the teliveV template for joomla 2.5, in older joomla i had it but it doesnt support it

JA Tabs is a Plugin

See Item #7 within the JA TELINE IV USER GUIDE DOCUMENTATION

οκ thanks i will try it. because in joomla 1.5 there was a module ja tab . now i dont need that?

The instructions within the link I posted above (User Guide) will show you how to configure the JA Tabs Plugin.
