I can see the language switcher from demo website of joomlart, however, when I downloaded to local hosting (xampp), but i cannot find it and i searched modules from admin. , not found.

Anyone knows?

Kindly use the position topbar-right to publish the language switcher module as showing in the demo site.

Topbar-right has only social module, no language switcher module, i think that the one i downloaded does not have this module, joomlart added it later after i downloawed, any thoughts on how to add it?

Hi
to make the site multilanguage you to install your language, create different module, article, template style for each language.
Language switcher is default Joomla module.
In demo its showing that the template also works for multilanguage.
Here is documentation to create the multilanguage site in Joomla.
