    ok, so i like elastica.
    quickstart installed on my domain.
when i make changes to the template sample” articles” or “menus”, i dont see any changes front end.
i know i am missing linking something. so, now, how to begin customizing? i mean, where do i begin to understand what affects what and what connects to what?
    i tried the documentation section but i think i need a pre-step step 🙂
how to begin exploring the elastica structure?

is the user guide (new) section empty? it doesnt seem to have any guides that help me understand this template.
ideas? maybe i am just not looking at the right subheadings of the forum….

    thanks thanks
cant wait to wrap my head around this

    Hello anjalivasan,

Did you try to clean your site cache? You must clean cache of your Joomla site and browser before refreshing your front-end.

    Regards.

i did that like you suggested (the cache didnt really have anything tho)….

    logging in as admin:
    i make a few articles.
    set them to published.
but dont see them on front end.

also, how do i know what (on front end) is listed as what (backend)?
eg. banner module … i have no clue what that goes as. clearly, i cant input info in its manager….then what to do?
    thanks thanks peeps!

    hi stork11,

is there a way to change the 5 colors that the modules are in?
for example : if i wanted orange, green, grey, sky blue and black…. i tried to use the instructions for “custom module” (basically duped the blue module and changed the contrast to orange)…. but that didnt work. what am i missing?
