Hi

You can change background image for the ja-topsl position from your templatesja-graphitecsstemplate.css line 9

#ja-topsl {
background: url(../images/header-bg.png) repeat-x left bottom
}

change header-bg.png with your image.

How to put some background with size like 900×500 pix

You can add your image with 900×500 dimension and remove the repeat statement from the css
