I forgot how to remove these or change them. I can’t remember where to find where to change this when I install a new template.

WHERE do I change “Say Hello to JA Ores”? that shows up in the browser at the top?

Menu > Mainmenu > Home and on the right side in System Parametres change the title

I found another answer to a similar question for another template:

Go to the *Main Menu in the Edit mode

You should see this:
Menu Item Manager: [mainmenu]

Click on the HOME menu item to edit it. That is where you can change it.

You will now see this:
Menu Item: [ Edit ]
Front Page Blog Layout

On the LEFT side you will see the button for
System (Parameters)

Click on this and it will open up. You will see the PAGE TITLE which you can change
You can also choose to NOT show the Page Title with a YES or NO

Save and that should be it.

Thanks to those who answered this question before which helped me figure it out again.
