I would like to modify things like the .ico file, meta keywords, title, etc. I can’t find where the html is for the home page. Could you help with this? (I can find the template css files just fine).

Hi
You can change the Meta data from Menu options . Open the Home menu > Options > meta data .
You can also find Page display options to change title .
Template.css file is in the template folder /css/template.css
To change fav icon here is doc
