Where to put css template overrides?

I looked it up, and In other answers it mentions custom.css, but I don’t see this file. Should I put my overrides in:
templates/ja_fixel/css/style.css?

If it’s not already there, than you simply create it yourself.

The correct file path would be –> /templates/ja_fixel/css/
