where to put google verification code

    Hi,

    I want to add google verification code. I put the tracking code in Template Manager/custom code/ before </head>. Is it possible to add verification code, under the tracking code. OR the google verification code will be added elsewhere?Please help me.

    You need follow their ( Google ) document.

    https://sites.google.com/site/webmasterhelpforum/en/verification-specifics
    For Google Verification it will need in <head>
    And for google analytics code , it can apply in <body>

    We already provided 4 methods for you
    before / after head
    before / after body
