When you say you have 2 open tickets….are you referring to your post in the forums or have you in fact submitted two tickets?
For ticket submission go here http://support.joomlart.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit

That screws me up as well. In order to get “actual” support it’s not very apparent that you need to go to support.joomlart.com There really should be a block with a link or at least something move visible.

What’s even sadder, JA doesn’t list JA Opal in its product list.

August 12, 2009 at 9:42 pm #314046Well the ticket system is nice, but doesnt mean JA shouldnt monitor the forums anymore.
These are the official support forums of JA so JA should give their support………
Sadly JA has been using it as an excuse lately, user complains about no response….. oh you didnt make a real ticket?? do that and you will get helped….
The ticket systems was not well communicated with the customers so they cant expect that everyone knows about it.
For quite a while i have noticed users to use the ticket system when they complained about no responses but then i would get pm’s a week later that they didnt get a response to that either.
But for you own records it might be good as you get an “official” ticket.

There is no way I’ll let someone I don’t know access to some of my more important sites.

August 13, 2009 at 2:41 pm #314114I had 1 of 2 problems fixed & JA closed the ticket. JA fixed the easy one, over site on my part. Still waiting on the text indenting problem.
I re-opened the ticket.
