I tried to find the SUBMIT A CONTENT forms available from Joomla’s extensions directory, but none of theme matched this…

Which composnent this may be?

I need something similar for visitors to submit ideas.

It is quite an Question & Answer component, why not try the JA Voice, I think it has more power and flexibility compare with the one they use on Linux.com
