The issue is fixed by yourself.

When you install a new site, in some servers you need to set permission to 777 for:

    1) images and all subfolders
    2) t3-assets folder
    3) tmp folder
    4) cache folder

    5) you need to check permission of php on a new folder which created by php code

    thanks

Actually non of the folders or files should be 777 CHMOD. This is not safe for any Joomla site. But sometimes for some extensions and for some servers you become have to make it 777… Whatever it is not safe!
