go to /templates/ja_erio/css/template.css around line 940 you have

#ja-mainnav {
background: url("../images/bg_mainnav.gif") repeat-x scroll 0 0 transparent;
font-size: 83%; <-----------------increase this value
z-index: 13;
}

Yes, but in this case you will have an issue with secondary menus… A white space will appear between the principal and the secondary menus…

Of course if you increase the value to 123% for example, but if you increase at most 10% you haven’t any issue
