    Hi

I have looked at various userguides and the downloads and the wikis and am now very confused as to whether I installed purity ii correctly

I am developing site on localhost, and chose purity ii for a template. My understanding was that this template comes ‘as a bundle with the t3 framework’ from the documentaion I was looking at the time. The documentation does seem to be a little bit all over the place and hard to find the same version twice.

Having run into some problems with controlling the top spotlight users1-5 (see this thread here) http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/control-percentage-width-of-user-1-5/

I am now wondering whether the framework is installed at all – would the template possibly be working without it? There are no tabs in the template manger when I click on purity ii, so I cannot edit the layout from there.

I tried installing the JAT3 system plugin for J1.5 version 1.2.9 which didn’t help.

I don’t want to lose all the content and work I have done so far, though I can see there is a dowload to install the framework and a blank template, which presumably means starting from scratch

Please, have I done something drastically wrong or is there a fix / something I have missed? Not knowing the problem makes it hard for me to fix it

    Thank you

    Hi,

Can you please check if you are using the latest version of the template and JAT3 plugin? If you need to change it, first take a backup of the whole site and then upgrade the template and plugin to the latest versions and later replace the files you have changed in the template..
