Hi

I’m getting a white border around the Dark Orange theme, I just can’t work out why. I’ve set up a demo account and gone through settings etc but still cant seem to find a reason.

Just went through everything again and have now worked it out,

I had default selected in the theme and not Home!

Hi haxx,

Yes, you are correct.
Please select home template style if you want a full grid. The home template style will not show sidebar.

Ok, maybe i am a bit slow but where do you change this setting? I have the same white border problem and can’t figure where you are talking about changing the default vs home template style.

Hi luketsmith,

If you install the quickstart package, you will see a list of template style in Template Manager like this:
ja_fixel – Default
ja_fixel – Home Dark Orange
ja_fixel – Home Green
ja_fixel – Home Dark Green
ja_fixel – Home Light
ja_fixel – Home Dark Blue
ja_fixel – Home
ja_fixel – Home Orange
ja_fixel – Home Blue

Open one of those ‘Home’ template styles, you will have a layout (dropdown) value set to ‘home’ (Layout tab).
And the default template style should be ja_fixel – Default. It should have layout value is ‘default’.
The ja_fixel – Home will be assign to ‘home menu item’ so that when you open the homepage, ja_fixel – Home will be used.
