So I found another thread that mentioned this, but before I changed the code, I wanted to see if that was my problem as well. I have a white rectangle that appears behind my articles. How can I do away with this? Here is the other thread that talks about a similar problem, but I wanted to double check before I changed it. There is some configuration missing, so a class body-bg is not applying. can you please post your site url and admin details in PM. so i can check it out.
