I had discussed this with you on Skype, however we never managed to get the user to talk to us (as far as I am aware).

Personally, I think a page like this:

Would be brilliant. Brief review of each member’s position in the company, their field of expertise, and their direct contact details via Skype, MSN Messenger and even telephone!

Wonderful. I’ve just bought three extensions via this company, this page was one of the reasons I had trust in them (which turned out to be totally justified if anyone’s interested!).
