Hello friends,

I’m having a problem time by time with the Ja xenina template on my page some times does not show how many guest or users are online it show up like this.

any one got a idea what is going on :O

Hello,
I get exactly the same behaviour.
I think the reason is because number of online people is compute or render after you visit your page. So the right number of visitor will be seen the next time you reload the page.
If you hit refresh, you will see 1 visitor. don’t you ?
I don’t know if there is a solution for that, but at least, we can better understand this thing.

Hello

Yes after doing a refresh it shows up normaly but time by time it shows up like this and I’m planing to do some marketing and it’s better for users and for the company to know how many users guest are coming and going.

Hi,
I think joomla caches the module. The template just displays what core joomla generates.

You could try to update your joomla to see if the problem is fixed. Could you give me your live site url?
