Hi, I am using the Ores template, and the “Who’s Online” module is completely inaccurate. We just launched the site and we have sometimes 95 visitors showing online when Google Analytics will report only 10 visitors or so the entire day (this is accurate). So what could be the issue?

I think that is a question you should ask over at Joomla central as JA do nothing but style the module. Many people have been reporting the same for a long time and it appears mainly to do with session lengths.
