No one has erased your replies. I just merged your duplicate threads. I have checked the Masshead thread of yours and I do see the shortcomings from our side.
1. The thread was raised on 26/10 (saturday) and should have been replied on monday 28/10, but was replied on tuesday.
2. The last reply from staff is today i.e. 8/11 whereas it should have been replied on 5/11.
Most of the time your replies were made on the weekends and we are closed on the weekends, now that has added to the delay in resolving the issue. We are not supposed to be this slow, our reply time is within 24 hrs, only for difficult issues this gets extended, but that is duly informed to the member.
The delay from 4/11 till today is our mistake and on behalf of the team i accept and apologize for the same and have asked the staff to promptly attend to your issue. I have received your complaint email too and I would reply to it too.
Please provide the updated login info to the support team and your issue will be taken care of.
