I’m having a problem with some articles assigned to one category. If I assign an article to my “education” category, the headline and intro will appear on the front page, but when I click on it, the screen only flashes, the web browser titlebar changes to the article’s headline, but the front page reappears, instead of the full article.

If I assign the article to another category, such as “news”, the full article does appear. What could be the difference between the two categories?

I believe it is now fixed. I moved it from the category that works, back to the category that had not worked, and now the article appears as it should.

    Ithaca Indy,

I am having similar issues actually. Not sure what is going on, especially with new categories. I thought I did not have the problem before, but I was using existing parent categories and subcategories.

When I create new parent categories, I am not getting the default category page. And, obviously the dummy articles I create do not appear in the front end for that page nor do they show up in the “latest news” module.
