    There’s couple of threads about this like this one and this one and I do have the same issue. I haven’t changed anything in my account settings, but stopped receiving notification emails, which are very convenient.

    I have checked all settings and followed recommendations in those threads, but as I haven’t made any mods myself I wsonder what could have chaged so I stopped getting notifications. I still get such when devs respond/update ticket so it affects forum threads only.

    I really want this back guys so please let me know if there’s something else.

    I just had something similar – I don’t know if JA changed their outbound server but Hotmail just up’ed and started dropping them all into the spam folder. Told it that the mails were not spam and I’m back to getting them in my email client again.

    Yes, spam folder is always an option. My JA registered email is corporate extension of my own website, not hotmail or gmail stuff and I just stopped getting emails. When I think of it now, it might be once I upgdraded to Teline IV J2.5, but not sure at all an no way to trace that back.

    Hi MoonSailor,

    what do you mean, did you find a solution? For example to see you replied to this message I had to visit the forum – I didn’t get notification email that you replied. It’s not that notification emails are going to my spam folder – I don’t receive any at all. Also, in Windows live mail I see all folders in the desktop app so even if it goes into the Junk one I’ll see it right away :).

    So, again, not sure this started once I upgraded to J2.5 version of Teline IV and not sure this has something to do with it at all – just guessing and asking for help.

    I played with the drop down settings for Thread tools and forum subscriptions, and now I started getting General notification emails once a day that there’s new threads and replies to existing threads, but I don’t get specific notification emails for replies as I did before. I still receive notification emails on ticket replies – so why thread/comment notification emails are gone?

    Thanks and please let me know what is the solution to this.
