Hi harryaalfha,

It’s a problem related to Jat3 plugin and K2 component, when you select to optimize JS in the template back-end the js jquery library (that should be loaded for k2 component) is not being loaded and that’s the problem, I believe that this issue has been fixed into the JAT3 system plugin (jat3 framework) and your plugin is an old version, just upgrade to latest version and let me know if that still does not help 🙂
