Our technical support services are dedicated for bug fixing, products maintainence or general advice on how to use the products only. All custom works that requires to extend products’ core features as shown on our demo site are not subject to support coverage and should be handled by clients.
While there may be someone here who may be able/willing to put in the extra time to try to investigate the root cause of your function issues, another possible resource for you might be one of the freelance boards –> joomlancers.com, scriptlance.com, or freelancer.com – for example.

You say you know this, yet you chastise JA Support despite your knowledge of this.Respect is a two way street, my friend . . . and although attempts were made to try to assist you – though, perhaps, not to your personal satisfaction – it seems that you feel it more appropriate to slam the JA Support Team for something that is clearly outside the scope of JA Technical Support.
I’m sorry you feel it necessary to abandon patience, consideration and respect within your initial posting where in you flat out insult one of our Support Team Members . . . . but with all due respect “Mr.Fast,” your attitude is inappropriate, non-constructive and disrespectful.
As there is no constructive purpose inherent within this discussion topic, this thread is now closed.
