Hi
to enable the zoom effect in mobile
Open templates/ja_charity/tpls/blocks/head.php file Find and change
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=no"/>
To
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=3.0, user-scalable=yes"/>

save file clean cache and check.
