Hi all!

I need help, i don’t know why i can’t see all available option of slideshow modules, i see you there some captures.
I have other problem, when i try config the slideshow ( using this tutorial -> http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/userguide-ja-social-template-for-joomla-2-5/ ) when i see in my web this are very very desconfigurated… some can help me?

Dear Jose,

Did you try to download and install this module again? there maybe unexpected problem when installing this module and also make sure that you set the right permission for files/folders in your site (file: 644 and folder: 755)

Yes i do it…:(( ( all “www” folder have : drwxr-xr-x permissions )

when installing it did not give me any problem and i f you see the config of jomla you can see that i have all the permissions ok, check it. If you need enter as administrator, said me and check it, it’s posibble that i was confused.

And now i have other problem… see what happend when i put the config of the slider using the tutorial of this web ( for copi the demo).

Hi, now you are super admin.
I don’t use ftp, because i don’t have it configure (my server crash with http://ftp... ths sucks XD ), i install all since “upload”.

Dear Jose,

When accessing JA Slideshow module, I see some JS errors:

<blockquote>Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined </blockquote>

There error due to the jQuery library loaded into your site. Please try to disable 3rd party extensions in your site and try to open this slideshow again.

I also tried to disable other extensions but I don’t have right.

It’s so weird, I’m always noticed with this message when trying to access slideshow module:
