Hello can you share your working site url so that we can also check the issue .
Also let us know how you are inserting image in article . Via images&link options by article manager or via article main body .

Inserting images is images&links option. Is it possible to insert images in this module via article main body? That is our preference if so. We just couldn’t get the pictures to show up on the module via the article images.

images&links is the standard method to insert the images in article , you can insert the images in body also but its not recommended and some times it creates some issues.
For your problem
Go to template/JA Sugite/css/custom.css
and this code


ul.category-module-list {
margin: 0 0 -20px;
}

Also i recommend you to use same standard size of images for all articles .

hello
as i suggested above please use same size of images for your all articles as in our demo.
the issue comes because your using different width/height create isssues in the margin css of items .
Try this
add this css code in your custom.css file .

#Mod1217 ul.category-module-list { margin: 0 -20px;}

if it does not help please PM me admin credential of your site so that i can check it on your iste .
Also i again suggest you to use a standard width and height images for your all articles .
