Why is it that your templates are so unstable? if it is not a problem with fonts, it is a problem with something else, but always a problem. I don’t know how many issues I have found with your templates that I have to spend time trying to figure what the problem is.

Now, here is another one, look at the attached screenshot, I am working fine all of the sudden it started to appear like this. what is the problem now? ( I am not going to give the password and username of my site, this is something you should have already identified).

Other question, how do I disable the mobile template, because that sucks too and I have seen that the mobile template affects the web site template? so how do I get rid of it, so the only option is the web site template?

Look at the screenshot of your site, I imagine the problem of your site is css styles are not loading. For this, I would need to take a closer look at your site. I might be able to help you out then.

About disabling the mobile template. You can try this :

+ Go to Admin -> Template Manager -> JA Teline IV Template -> Profile Tabs -> Handheld Layout, Iphone Layout and Android Layout set it to disable, see the screenshot
