For very basic user, whom have no skill about development. WordPress would be friendly
For advanced user, whom have basic skill about development that can control their own website by own way. They can touch into source code and customize it. Than use Joomla!
For master user, whom living with computer programming as their life than use Drupal
For evil user, whom use binary code for life talking than … make your own system :3
