Is it very hard ? :((

Use of a different logo size and placement for all links except for home page was a bit ridiculous.
Why was it designed like that ?

yes, that’s concept of the design, you can modify it:

open the file: templates/ja_norite/layouts/default.php and remove the following codes;
[PHP]<?php if ($this->isFrontPage()): ?>class=”ja-home”<?php endif; ?>[/PHP]
