i had the same problem, you should made quickstart installation.

i recommend u to install a clean joomla, then install the components, plugins, modules and then the ja wall template, it works for me.

Please tell me more detail about your testing environment. We have not encountered such problems.

Please check if you are using the latest version of JAWall.
And please send me admin/ftp access information via pm so I can take a look.
