Given that Joomlart operates on the club principle, I’m kind of surprised that you don’t make use of the extensive polling features of Joomla to get a feel for what members consider important. It wouldn’t pin you down on specific delivery dates, but would give you some insights on alternatives that you already have in your pipeline when the poll is posted, and give members and “wishers” a mechanism to express ourselves and see (from the poll results) how how our priorities stack up with the member opinions and desires. It’s would also be pretty easy to implement this kind of system, and restrict responses as desired.
