    Why send upgrade notifications for account renewal when the upgrades versions do not exist on your server????

    Hi John,

    May I know which our JA Produce you’re referring to?

    Pls use our JA Extension Manager component (FREE extension) to check update for JA Products (template/component/plugin), if Joomla notices the updates, you can try to clean all caches first: https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/wiki-ja-extension-manager/how-to#Known_issues

    If there is still no go, share me the URL and Admin login info so I can take a look.
