Go to the Global Configs, Server Tab, and set Error Report mode to Maximum.
It should provide a little more details about the error (if it’s Joomla’s fault, but not of your hosting company, for example).

When I changed the Teline’s menu from “magazine” to “mainmenu” it started working.
Review all items of “magazine” menu (you can check them by enabling step by step).
