hello,I already replace the picture of the right position,but on the frontpage still is demo picture,not my picture.

how to solve it?

You need to flush the browser cache, the site cache the JAT3 cache and using ftp empty the images/ resized folder the resized folder caches the resized images so often changes do not appear
