    Does anyone have a phone number to contact joomlart directly? I have tried numerous time to resolve a problem with JM_Purity and all I keep being told is I have old files, but no one will send me the current ones. If I can not get this resolved by the end of the day tomorrow, I will have no choice but to request a refund. Failing a refund I will file a claim with American Express.

    This is so disappointing.

    Who keeps telling you that you have “old files?”

    At each of the following request I send the ftp information so they can look, and am told the ftp account information is invalid. But I have checked the ftp account and it is functioning correctly.
    All I want is the site to function. http://brodoappliances.com/ is a good example of the site working correctly, and the image properties are correct. I am struggling to understand why I can not get this resolved. You can view the link problem at http://www.golfcaraccessory.com/testsite/index.php. The home page functions fine, but on any other page the image link locations for the text size and color buttons are wrong.

    If I have an error in my setup, great point it out and I’ll fix it. If the files I downloaded are old versions send me the most current version.

    Here is where I think the problem lies, but I can not find a solution:
    My Template results point to this
    <div class=”ja-tools”>
    <ul class=”ja-usertools-font”>
    <li>
    <img id=”ja-tool-increase” onclick=”switchFontSize(‘jm_purity_ja_font’,’inc’); return false;” alt=”Increase font size” src=”http://www.golfcaraccessory.com/testsite/index.php/skin/frontend/default/jm_purity/images/user-increase.png” title=”Increase font size” style=”cursor: pointer;”/>

    Brodo Appliance results point to this
    <div class=”ja-tools”>
    <ul class=”ja-usertools-font”>
    <li>
    <img id=”ja-tool-increase” onclick=”switchFontSize(‘jm_purity_ja_font’,’inc’); return false;” alt=”Increase font size” src=”http://www.brodoappliances.com/skin/frontend/default/jm_purity/images/user-increase.png” title=”Increase font size” style=”cursor: pointer;”/>

    I checked and the files I can download are the same revisions I have. I downloaded both from the membership area, is there somewhere else I should be getting them from?

    “Dear Glenn Bolt,

    Thank you for contacting Joomlart.

    Maybe you are using the old version. This issue does not display in our demo template.
    For the reason, please kindly download the latest version and install again.

    Why don’t you simply upload/re-install the most current files for JM Purity?

    I have three times, no change. The only thing I can think of is the files available through the member download aren’t the same as the developer files?

    If you or any other person can download the files from the developer files and let me know, I’ll send you the ftp link and you can post them for me. I have a lifetime license to to template so I am covered. If there is anything else in Magento that could be causing the problem let me know. I just keep coming back to the getbaseurl command. I have checked all the other items that have been previously posted.

    I really like the template, and I am sure Joomlart wants to do the right thing. This is getting frustrating though.
