September 19, 2011 at 11:52 pm #413748use firebug and right click on the area you want to check and “inspect element”
September 20, 2011 at 12:01 am #413752Done that, it tells me nothing…..
September 20, 2011 at 12:34 am #413759How do I get a refund, I don’t have time to muck around learning Firebug to try and fix what this software is breaking??

September 20, 2011 at 9:08 am #413836Hi,
I don’t see comment area as you said at http://www.wickeddigital.com.au/index.php/2011-09-04-22-32-08/news/50-black-rhodium-cables-coming-to-australia. Do you check it again?September 20, 2011 at 9:13 am #413839That is because I have removed the thing….I give up. It is creating too many problems.

September 20, 2011 at 9:15 am #413841Why? I can help you to change width of comment area. You just add comment component and inform me.
September 20, 2011 at 9:23 am #413844OK it is on again, you can see it here:
http://www.retaillabs.com.au/wicked/index.php/2011-09-04-22-32-08/news/45-a-new-breed-of-amplifierI have set it up on my test site for now….
September 20, 2011 at 9:28 am #413847Strangely it is now almost filling the width, but not quite…however the text area is white for the most part and then goes transparent…weird.
You can also see other problems it creates, such as the left and right panels no continuing to the bottom as they did previously. And the SHOPPER APPROVED logo at the top now sits towards the left, instead of to the right as it does on pages without comments….
September 20, 2011 at 9:30 am #413848The extra width was because CAPTCHA was one, now that it is off, you see how narrow the comments area is….
Another problem is that with it on, it removes the bullet points of lists in our store!

September 20, 2011 at 2:49 pm #413903I think your seeing cascading issues. I would be very surprised to see that comments is causing so many various issues in and of itself. That being said, I was unable to go to the link you provided as you have it setup offline and have not provided us with login credentials. I did take a look @ your main site and found (using firebug ) that your search function has a javascript error. Errors such as this can and often do cascade.

September 22, 2011 at 2:48 am #414218Sorry for late response. I don’t access your link because of missing username+password. Could you give me them?
