Can someone please tell which file I need to edit to alter the width of the comment area so that it fits into my site properly?

    Example Below:

How do I get a refund, I don’t have time to muck around learning Firebug to try and fix what this software is breaking??

That is because I have removed the thing….I give up. It is creating too many problems.

Why? I can help you to change width of comment area. You just add comment component and inform me.

OK it is on again, you can see it here:

I have set it up on my test site for now….

Strangely it is now almost filling the width, but not quite…however the text area is white for the most part and then goes transparent…weird.

You can also see other problems it creates, such as the left and right panels no continuing to the bottom as they did previously. And the SHOPPER APPROVED logo at the top now sits towards the left, instead of to the right as it does on pages without comments….

The extra width was because CAPTCHA was one, now that it is off, you see how narrow the comments area is….

Another problem is that with it on, it removes the bullet points of lists in our store!

I think your seeing cascading issues. I would be very surprised to see that comments is causing so many various issues in and of itself. That being said, I was unable to go to the link you provided as you have it setup offline and have not provided us with login credentials. I did take a look @ your main site and found (using firebug ) that your search function has a javascript error. Errors such as this can and often do cascade.

Sorry for late response. I don’t access your link because of missing username+password. Could you give me them?
