    Hello There,

I am having quite some issues with JA_Magz, as i am migrating one of my site from JA_Rave to JA_Magz.

The real issue i have is that, i have few custom pages on my current site that are built using bootstrap 3.1.1 and migrating to JA_Magz would mean I am falling into an older version of bootstrap.

This is quite an headache as there is a lot of conflict between the bootstrap code used by JA_Magz (boostrap 2.3.2) and the latest bootstrap code I use.

Is there any plans to convert this template to the latest bootstrap or will there be a better premium template released with bootstrap 3.x.x ? I know the purity iii template is built with bootstrap 3.x.x but i find it quite buggy.

    Thanks,

    Vinod

    Hi Vinod,

At present, JA Magz template supports Bootstrap 2 only. The plan to upgrade to Boostrap 3 is not in place yet.

Further, JA Rave uses T3v2 Framework, whereas JA Magz goes with T3v3 Framework which will add more complicated layer to your migration. So please take this into consideration.

Regarding the BS3-based templates, have you walked through the JA Biz, JA Bookshop and JA Appolio?

For JA Purity III, if you run across any bug, you can raise here, our team will be happy to assist you.

    Hi Nazario,

Thanks for the response. That is just what i was looking for. I have switched to JA Appolio to make use of BS3. As for the migration i decided to do a fresh install and migrate the content.

    Hi Vinod,

Glad that you decide to go with our native BS3 template. Hope you enjoy the new JA Appolio. Let me know if you have any additional question.
