But, I feel that web development here in Norway is more and more customized and that it is hard to compete with this based on Joomla templates in general.
This website from av governmental organization has a navigation system which has been welcomed. http://www.skatteetaten.no/en/person/ You navigate based on what you came to achieve. Please develop something like this 🙂
