On the italian version (default) sometimes when I move from a menu like contacts or products etc … clicking the Home menu, it switches to the English version (http://www.risorizzotti.com/en) instead of remaining in the Italian
version (http://www.risorizzotti.com/it)

Sometimes it also happens clicking on the logo.

The default language of the site is Italian

The preference is language of the site (not of the browser)

I’ve tried all combinations, but this fact occurs randomly

Try to configure System – Language Filter in Plugin Manager as this screenshot:

and clean JAT3 cache.
