July 22, 2012 at 2:16 am #461780Hi Cozy, if someone from technical support has checked your site and applied modification, they would post and let you know. But you should know that it may up to 3 days before someone get back to you on your problem. And $49 is not much for a template that comes with plugins and unlimited support. If you look at a freelance project price, that would have cost about 350usd(without support) easily not to mention you still need to come up with a psd design first.
Anyway, on to your problem. There’s already another thread with this problem if you had brother to search. It’s still on page 1!
http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/white-space-when-images-are-pulled-over/There is an attachment in that post where wall crasher posted a wall.js experimental fix along with an explanation on how it happen. Though it seems he added some additional fix later on the site itself. Still, you can try that experimental fix and see if you have the same problem or a different issue all together.

owh seriously? $49 is cheap compared to what i get? what if i still in my raging mood and i’ll say “dont sell it for $49. Sell it for $10 and dont provide support at all”. At least people will know nobody gonna help them if they pay for such price. With this price, yes it bothers me with hope of someone from the company to help me. And for your information, i already done my research thru the web and done the method. TWICE. replace here replace there set here set there. done that. so how now? why do u think i am this angry? i already try to fix it myself. even done every single method available. and u must know if u own this template, everytime u update your website, its gonna take time before u can see changes on your website. almost 5-10 minutes sometime. waiting? how bout 6 times? 1 hour of wait? now please explain to me something that actually works pls.

July 22, 2012 at 2:46 am #461782Support so far has been great from my tickets (I have a few still opened) for complicated issues and they have constantly gone out of their way to help and ask for more information. Despite multiple communication breakdown which should be worked on >_> they still try to help to the best of their ability. Unlike some companies which would simply brush me off and say, “Sorry, the problem is with Facebook and not us. Please contact Facebook if needed.”
Anyway, back to your problem again. I believe the reason why you’re seeing modifications made to your site couple of mins or an hour later is because of cache/temp files in your browser. One problem with web development is always to deal with cache in the browser that still reads an old copy of css instead of the newer one. The solution to this, while not ideal yet widely accepted is to clear your cache(firefox, chrome), temp files(IE) then load the page again. Click to another page then go back again if you have to, refresh doesn’t work sometimes since there’s still a copy cached in display.
As for you site’s problem. I did some digging and found the link to your site. http://catchymag.com/
Opening it, I was horrified. None of the responsive features is working, not a single JA Plugin is working apart from the CSS displaying the buttons location. Then it hit me. The ghost in my computer tells me that you do not have JA Wall installed. You simply loaded the template but without any of the wonderful plugin that came with it. Those plugins are what made JA Wall worth more than it’s cost yet they are not installed >_>The spaces you have in between your articles on page load is also because the responsive feature is missing. Please check and make sure you have installed everything or use the quick-start package on a separate installation as reference.

July 23, 2012 at 10:27 am #461907On JA Wall template has supported some CLASS SUFFIX. You can see it: http://www.catchymag.com/templates/ja_wall/css/template.css and find ITEM STYLE PRESETS (CLASS SUFFIX).
