Hello,
When I link directly to a article the word “Articles” shows up on top. I have to create a menu item and link to it. When I use firebug it show that a <h1 class=”componentheading”> could be the reason.

How and where can I fix that?

You can check menu item for the article or category of article and disable “page_heading”

I have the same issue. The setting you mention is already set to “no” by default.
But when I link to a specific article the word “Article” (in greek of course) shows up.

Believe it or not, I first enabled the option (initial value was “No”) and then disabled it again, and now the word “Article” has gone.
