February 19, 2009 at 1:43 pm #138350I would like to change the title logo in the Ja teline 11 could someone explain.
I know that i haveto access the templates/(mytemplate)/images and then the logo.gif i think.
then upload the gif and change it in photoshop ( or the like ) then upload it backI have done this but nothing changed –
someone mentioned something about a cached file or something they did concerning that.
Could that be the issue — what is the mistake here.ccvpguy Friendccvpguy

February 19, 2009 at 7:48 pm #292572I believe yu are using Teline 2 with Joomla 1.5.x.
1- Go to your admin control panel
http://www.mysite.com/administrator2- Go to Extensions and select Template Manager
(see attached image 1)3- Then from the list of templates, click on Teline_II and that should lead you to a new page where you can change the settings. Make sure you change Logo Type = “image”
(see attached image 2)4- Click on “Apply” and check your site (by refreshing it, if open).
5- Good luck and feed us back.

Have u followed the instructions above?
it appears that it is just the default logo that is appearing. Have you checked the size of your new logo? (width / Hight)

February 20, 2009 at 3:03 pm #292673Ok so you did a replace on this picture?
templates/ja_teline_ii/images/logo.gif
How did you replace it? did you use ftp? If you did look if it gives an error maybe a permissions problem.
