Hi have many issues related to JAT3 which remain unresolved, they have been identified as bugs, but after 2 months still no fix.

I would like to know if it is possible to remove (and how) JAT3 from Ja_Portafolio? Will the template still work?

WHat do you mean remove JAT3? If you are talking about the plugin then no, you cannot remove it as the template relies on it to function.
