Im having difficulty with the position of the “Wrapper”.

I have a article created and the wrapper showing on the same page. The problem im facing is the wrapper is on top of the article and no matter what position i select for the wrapper it will not position below the article.

Take a look at the screenshot for a better understanding.

Can someone provide the fix?

Hi Guys

The Support team advised me i was using the “User 1” position for the helpdesk.

They said to change it to “For your requirement, please use user 6 or user 7 for help desk”

This worked
