This Template Wide screen width is little bit smaller than the template with Left & Right columns.

i.e If you see there is visible difference between home page and wrapper page content display width.

I want to increase the wrapper width to another 15-20 pixels size. Where do I change This?

This is causing my wrapper page to display with scrollbars.

Please Help

Have you tried to change settings in the wrapper to show no scrollbars?
