I do not like it when the headings are capitalized. I ask them to be, how can I change the rules. Original (WELCOME TO THE FRONT PAGE) but I want to (Welcome to the front page) have.

font-weight: bold;
margin: 0 -20px;
padding: 10px 20px;
text-transform: uppercase; <------change this to lowercase;

it works, but still a little please. When I write (lowercase) all the letters are small. But what should I write down for it to initially remain large letters?
