Hi. I’ve got a little problem with the contact form on JA Cloris. When anyone tries to send a email it gives the error : Wrong Captcha

The problem is, there’s no Captcha box on the contact form :D.

Can anyone help me with this ?

    Tks

    Yes Indeed I can….

    SOLUTION (links working)

You need to install Multiple CAPTCHA Engine Plugin as mentioned in the Ja Cloris user guide.

A link to the user guide and where you can download the plugin is shown below: –

I have a similar problem with the favicon… I have changed the file inside the template folder and also here: plugins/system/jat3/base-themes/default/images/favicon.ico. Then I close all my browsers (chrome and IE) and open again the web, but still shows the joomla favicon.

    What should I do?

Try clearing ll your Joomla caches, the jat3 cache and the temporary internet files on your browser.

    Thanks for your PM.

I have just checked your site and I can see your new favicon (a little pic of you?). It must be a local browser version you are seeing. Delete all your temporary internet files and I am sure you will see it too.
