Hi guys using Ja_cloris one page temlate
Joomla 1.7
Language Russian

PROBLEM:
Upon analysis all browsers Firefox, Opera and Chrome seem to interpret the charset as windows-1251 instead of utf-8 and as a result I get a bunch of scrumbled characters instead of my pages.

The funny thing is that the meta tags in the header seem to be set properly:
<meta http-equiv=”content-type” content=”text/html; charset=utf-8″ />
