i checked your site for the search result . I checked one the item > Aard , and its showing the intro image on front end .
Did u changed intro image of this item . I tried to check the image on your site backend but not able to login , the admin details u submitted not working . Kindly check it .

this seems to be a bug. the image is shows on the page is intro image of the article with the same id of contact id .
I sent the bug report to development team , You can track it here

Hi Please take full backup of site and then try the Hot Fix file given in below . You need to replace these files / helper.php file in the template folder . html/com_search/search/ two files in this folder default_full.php default_results.php

DO not forget to take backup of these files . + This fix will be override in new update so u need to save the custom work . Let me know if it fix the problem on your site .
